Terms of Service

ClickPrompt (clickprompt.app) is operated by Lagniappe Ventures Ltd, a Nevada series limited liability company ("we", "us"). By using ClickPrompt you agree to these terms.
The free service
ClickPrompt is a teleprompter for recording videos. You get 3 free AI-generated scripts per day, tracked per visitor. Recording, the teleprompter, and downloading your takes are always free and unlimited.
ClickPrompt Pro
ClickPrompt Pro adds unlimited script generations, saving scripts and voiceovers to your library, and 100 GB of storage. It comes in three options:
- Monthly — $4.99/month. Renews monthly until you cancel.
- Yearly — $49.99/year. Renews yearly until you cancel.
- Lifetime — $129 one-time. Paid once, no renewal, yours for the life of the service.
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where it applies. Where offered, storage add-ons raise a subscriber's total storage up to 1 TB.
Payments and delivery
Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for all ClickPrompt sales and handles payment, sales tax or VAT, invoices, and refunds. Its buyer terms also apply to your purchase, and the charge on your statement will come from Lemon Squeezy. ClickPrompt Pro is digital only; nothing is shipped. Your license key is emailed to you immediately after purchase.
Refunds
Every purchase — monthly, yearly, or lifetime — comes with a 14-day refund window. Ask within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund it in full. See our Refund Policy for how to ask.
What the paywall covers
Only saving scripts and voiceovers to your library and unlimited script generation are paid. Generating scripts within the free daily limit, recording, reviewing takes, and downloading your own files are free forever.
Cancellation and data deletion
You can cancel a monthly or yearly plan any time from the link in your Lemon Squeezy emails or at Lemon Squeezy My Orders; cancellation stops future billing. Pro stays on until the end of the period you already paid for. After you cancel:
- When you cancel: we email you confirming the cancellation, the date Pro ends, and the date your saved scripts and voiceovers will be permanently deleted (10 business days after your paid period ends). Days 5 and 10 below count from the end of your paid period.
- Day 5: we email a reminder — 5 business days left to download anything you want to keep.
- Day 10: we send a final notice in the morning; your saved data is permanently deleted by 11:59 PM.
You have the full 10 business days to download your data — downloads are always free. If you resubscribe before the deletion date, nothing is deleted and everything stays where it is.
After the hard deletion there are no recoverable copies. We cannot restore scripts or voiceovers once they are deleted.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service: no scraping the API, no circumventing the daily free-script limit, no sharing or reselling license keys or access codes, and no uploading content you don't have the right to store. We may throttle or block access that degrades the service for everyone else.
The fine print
ClickPrompt is provided "as is," without warranties, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us. Scripts are AI-drafted from your answers — review them before you record; you're responsible for what you publish.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where your local consumer protection law gives you rights that can't be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Changes don't take away a lifetime plan you've already paid for.
